Cancellation & Refund Policy
At DrSlimGlu, we are committed to providing safe and effective programs. Since our treatments involve medical consultations and temperature-sensitive medicines, certain restrictions apply for cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Consultations
- You may cancel your video consultation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Missed consultations without prior cancellation are non-refundable.
Programs & Medicine Orders
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once medicines are shipped with cold-chain handling, cancellations are not possible for safety reasons.
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
- Unused weeks may qualify for a prorated refund upon request and review.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Medicines that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
- Cold-chain products returned outside safe storage conditions.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer leading to failed delivery.
