Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DrSlimGlu, we are committed to providing safe and effective programs. Since our treatments involve medical consultations and temperature-sensitive medicines, certain restrictions apply for cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Consultations

• You may cancel your video consultation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Missed consultations without prior cancellation are non-refundable.

Programs & Medicine Orders

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once medicines are shipped with cold-chain handling, cancellations are not possible for safety reasons.
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
• Unused weeks may qualify for a prorated refund upon request and review.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

• Medicines that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
• Cold-chain products returned outside safe storage conditions.
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer leading to failed delivery.
