Cold-Chain Handling

Many of our treatments, including injection programs, require strict temperature control. We use insulated packaging, cold packs, and secure logistics partners to maintain medicine quality throughout transit.

Serviceable Locations

• We currently deliver across India.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer to serve.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Charges

All program prices are inclusive of standard delivery charges. If express shipping or special handling is requested, additional costs will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery partner is unable to complete delivery after repeated attempts, your order may be returned. In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery or initiate a refund in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
